It very quickly became apparent that our customers required to be able to come to us for total package solutions and we immediately sought out the best equipment suppliers and specialist experienced labour in the market. Once we knew we had the best task force available we were able to prove our knowledge and have been credited with commendations from all of our clients.
The trades encompassed following our designs and Local Authority and Fire Officer approvals include up to 2 hour fire rate compartmentalisation,(although a higher rating can be catered for under exceptional circumstances) and therefore all wallwork, doors and windows, raised access flooring, ceilings and soffit treatments and fire stopping.
Gas fire protection systems include design and installation of Inergen, Argonite and FM200 and removals of obsolete gas systems include certification of gas disposal. Air conditioning with AHU's and external condensers can include rear door heat exchangers utilising chilled water in part or totality and usually the total sytem will cater for fresh air make up and gas extract.
The electrical package will usually be required to cater for standby power solutions and we are regularly involved in the total design and installation of standby generators, uninterruptible power supply units, by pass switching, power distribution units, mains transformers and utility upgrades, lighting and data cabling including fibre optic. Our brief will usually also include where appropriate, smoke and fire detection, intruder alarm and door entry systems and coupling to building management systems.
